Try before you pay

Every Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and the Free plan has every feature with monthly limits. Please use them to make sure Scapper works for you before you pay.

Payments are non-refundable

Payments for Scapper Pro, monthly or yearly, are non-refundable, except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in the extension (Account, then Manage subscription) or using the link in your receipt email. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Your legal rights

Some countries give consumers a legal right to cancel and get their money back within a set time (for example 14 days in the EU and UK). Where such a right applies, it is not affected by this policy.

Who processes payments

Payments are handled by Paddle (paddle.com), our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle's own refund policy also applies. Questions: support@getscapper.com.
